RACINE COUNTY (WITI) — Two teenage guys have now been charged associated with the alleged assault that is sexual of girls, many years 12 and 13 that took place in the Village of Waterford. A man that is thirdn’t yet been formally charged, or made his initial look in court.
Those charged include:
- 17-year-old Michael Schleicher of Rochester
- 17-year-old
Nicholas Colburn of Waterford
